Description
The Lykkeberg 1899 Herring of the year is made from traditional cured herring fillets. The taste of apples, cranberries, lovage and heather honey gives a delicate savour.
The Herring of the year is produced in collaboration with Hirtshals Fiskefestival and the recipe is developed by the grand winner of the annual Herring-competition “Herring of the year”; Restaurant Lilleheden.
